            Configure the Provider Network Search Subagent and Actions

            To support provider network query processes, review, configure, and add subagents and actions to your payer contact center agent.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the Agentforce for Health Cloud and Agentforce Employee Agent add-on licenses
            User Permissions Needed
            To manage subagents and actions: Manage AI Agents AND the required permissions for your agent type
            1. Verify that the Provider Network Search subagent is active.
            2. Verify that the Get Provider NPI, Execute Generic EMR Request, and Generate Provider Directory Search Payload actions are active and associated with the Provider Network Search subagent.
              Tip
              Tip

              The Execute Generic EMR Request action might be named Query EMR Or Execute Generic EMR Request in your org.

            3. Add the Provider Network Search subagent to your contact center’s agent.
