            To support generative AI summaries for payer contact center, review the summary prompts.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the Agentforce for Health Cloud and Agentforce Employee Agent add-on licenses
            User Permissions Needed
            To create and manage prompts in Prompt Builder: Prompt Template Manager permission set
            1. From Setup, find and select Prompt Builder.
            2. Review the Generative AI Member Summary, Generative AI Patient Summary, Generative AI Provider Summary, and Generative AI Facility Provider Summary prompt templates.
              1. Verify that each prompt is active.
              2. Review the instructions for each prompt and verify that they align with your orgs configuration.
