          Build an Experience Cloud Site for Roster File Submission

          Create an Experience Cloud site to enable providers to submit roster files, track cases, and access related records seamlessly.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions of Health Cloud with the Health Cloud for Experience Cloud Sites and the Health Cloud Provider Network Management Add-on licenses

          User Permissions Needed
          To set up an Experience Cloud site:

          Create and Set Up Experiences

          AND

          View Setup and Configuration

             
          1. Create an Experience Cloud site.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select All Sites.
            2. Click New.
            3. Choose a community template.
              For example, Self-service (Customer Service).
            4. Click Get Started.
            5. Enter a name and the URL for your provider portal.
            6. Click Create.
          2. Activate the community and add the user profile as site member.
            1. In the Experience Workspaces, go to Administration, and then select Settings.
            2. Activate the community.
            3. Click Preferences.
            4. Select all the options and save your changes.
            5. In the Select Profiles section, in the Search dropdown, select All.
            6. From Available Profiles, move your Community User profile to the Selected Profiles list and save your changes.
          3. Go to community builder and publish the community.
          4. Add the Case and Case Related File record pages to the site.
            1. Select Settings , and then click Navigation.
            2. Click the drop down icon next to Default Navigation, and then click Edit.
            3. Click Add Menu Item and give a name to the item.
              For example, create tabs called Cases and Case Related Files.
            4. Select Salesforce Object as the type, and select Case and Case Related File for their respective tabs.
            5. Save your changes.
          5. Go back to the community builder and remove the existing components.
          6. Click the Digital Experience Component List icon and drag the OmniScript for Experience Cloud component onto the page.
          7. Configure the settings for the Omniscript.
            • Type: HealthCloudPNM
            • Subtype: RosterFileUpload
            • Theme: Lightning
            • Language: Multi-Language

          Preview and publish to show the changes on your Experience Cloud site.
