Create Engagement Channel Types for Intelligent Appointment Management
Engagement channels are mediums, such as Phone, Video, and In Person that practitioners
use to conduct appointments with patients. To define engagement channels for service appointments
and to add the channels to shifts, create engagement channel types. If you already set up
engagement channel types when you configured shifts for Salesforce Scheduler, you can skip this
task.
