          Actionable lists enable you to create lists of clients and providers so following up with them is easier. For example, you curate a list of clients with whom you have agreed to check in with on a specific day and time. This curated list helps you ensure they receive the required support and services to improve their mental and behavioral health.

          Using actionable lists, you can also create follow-up lists for providers in Crisis Support Center Management. For example, let’s say some facility admins haven’t updated the available bed count in their facilities. Updating bed availability is an important task that helps you see which beds are available in each facility, so you can refer clients to the right facility. Using actionable lists, you create a follow-up list of all these facilities that haven’t updated their bed availability within a certain period. This list makes it easier to communicate, keep track, and remind the admins to update their facility bed availability.
