Summarize Patient Medications with Einstein

User Permissions Needed
To summarize patient medications:	Action Plans permission set AND Care Plans Access permission set AND Health Cloud Foundation permission set AND Einstein for Service Innovations permission set

Important This tool uses generative AI, which is known to include inaccurate or harmful responses. Before using the generated summary, review the output for accuracy and safety. You assume responsibility for the output when creating the summary.

1. Go to the patient’s person account record page.
2. In the Einstein Summary section, click Got It.
   

   Note You see the Got It button only the first time you access the Einstein Summary section.
3. Select Summarize Patient Medications and click Generate.
   Einstein analyzes your request and summarizes the patient’s medications. You see the patient's current medication details such as dosage, frequency, intent, prescribing physician, related health conditions, and any additional information.

   Einstein summarizes the patient medications based on the source information available in the patient records. If the relevant source information isn’t available, Einstein skips such details when generating the summary.

Use the Copy button to copy the summarized patient medication details for further use and reference.
