          Accept Broadcasted Home Visits

          As a care resource, use your Field Service Mobile app to see a list of visits your scheduler broadcasted. Review the visit details and accept them if your schedule permits. When you accept a broadcasted visit, you play a key role in preventing no-shows and ensuring patients receive timely care.

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license

          To accept broadcasted visits: Home Health Clinician or Home Health Caregiver

          Home Health ensures your app isn’t flooded with bulk notifications. You receive notifications only for visits that match your skills. However, you may see some visits outside your service region depending on what your scheduler selected.

          You must have the Field Service mobile app installed on your device. The name of the tab where you see the broadcasted visits depends on how your Salesforce admin configures your mobile app. Contact your Salesforce admin if you need help.

          1. Open the Field Service mobile app.
          2. Tap a Schedule Broadcast Appointment Resource record on the Broadcasted Visits tab.
          3. Tap the Schedule Broadcast Appointment record, and review the visit details.
          4. Tap Actions and select Accept Visit.
          5. Select a preferred date and time for the visit and select Accept Visit
            Ensure you select a date between the start and due date of the visit. You can’t accept expired or already accepted visits.

          Home Health updates the visit details and assigns you as the care resource for the visit.
