Review and Save AI-Generated Home Visit Benefits and Quotes
Deliver timely and optimal care to your patients by using Agentforce to analyze patient voice call transcripts, extract home healthcare requirements, and generate patient coverage benefits and quotes. As a care coordinator, review the generated benefits and quotes, add additional items, and save the final set of benefits and quotes. Agentforce automates the creation of coverage benefit and quote records for the patient, saving time and reducing manual effort.

Do one of the following.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Home Health. On the Accounts tab, open the patient’s record page.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Voice Calls, and select the voice call of the patient.
- Open the Agentforce panel and select the agent for Home Health if it isn't selected by default.

Click Get Patient Quote and Benefit Requirements.
- If you're on the patient account record page, Agentforce shows a list of ongoing and completed voice calls for the patient. Select a voice call to extract the requirements and click Submit.
- If you're on the voice call record page, the agent might ask you to provide the patient account name as an additional input.
Agentforce extracts the quote and benefit requirements from the voice call and lists the requirement details, such as count and services. -
Click Review Benefits and Quotes.
The Review Patient Home Healthcare Benefits and Quotes window appears and the details of the extracted benefits and quotes are auto-populated.
- Review each extracted benefit and fill in any missing information.
- Click Verify for each benefit.
- Select a member plan for the patient. If a member plan isn't available for the patient, enter the name of the member plan you want to create.
- To update a verified benefit, select the benefit, click Unverify, and then make the changes.
- To remove a benefit, select the benefit, click Unverify, and then click Remove.
- To add a custom benefit, click Add Benefit.
- After verifying all the benefits, click Next.

Review each extracted quote and fill in any missing information.
If you specify the visit type as Recurring, the recurrence details you specify when creating the quote are automatically populated when you schedule a home visit. You can edit the prepopulated details as needed.
- Click Verify for each quote.
- To update a verified quote, select the quote, click Unverify, and then make the changes.
- To remove a quote, select the quote, click Unverify, and then click Remove.
- To add a custom quote, click Add Quote.

After verifying all the quotes, click Next.
Agentforce validates the benefits and quotes information.

In the Verified and Saved Benefits and Verified and Saved Quotes sections, review the
list and click Finish.
Agentforce creates coverage benefit, coverage benefit line item, coverage benefit limit, quote, and quote line item records for the patient. Agentforce also creates a member plan record if a member plan isn't available for the patient and then associates the coverage benefit with the member plan.
