            Refresh Home Visit Counts

            As a scheduler, get an accurate and up-to-date visit count for a care service visit plan associated with a patient. Home Health’s Update Care Visit Count flow works in the background and automates the calculation of assigned, unassigned, completed, and created visit counts. This built-in flow with its business rules and logic helps you speed up process management, save time, and reduce administrative errors.

            Required Editions

            The latest visit count gives you a comprehensive view of the authorization request status of the patient’s healthcare service requests and helps you make informed decisions about the patient’s care.

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license
            User Permissions Needed
            To refresh visit count: Manage Home Health
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Home Health.
            2. Go to the Accounts tab and open the patient’s record page.
            3. Go to the tab where the Home Health Authorization lightning component is placed.
            4. Click Refresh.
              The visit count is updated with the latest numbers.
