          Verify Home Visits Manually

          As a scheduler or agent, you can help your care resource to manually verify their visit when they face disruptions such as limited mobile connectivity, app issues, or any unexpected error during automatic verification. Manual verification is useful in such difficult situations, and helps to easily track visit details on time and with accuracy. Care resources call you from either their device or another device, and request a manual verification. You verify the visit and the start and end details are updated.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud, the Home Health Add-on license
          User Permissions Needed
          To verify visits manually: Manage Home Health
          1. Verify the start details of a visit manually.
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Home Health.
            2. Go to the Accounts tab and open the patient’s record page, or go to the Care Resource tab and open the care resource’s record page.
            3. In the All Home Visits section, select the visit for verification, click the Action button, and then select Verify Visit Start.
              The manually verified visit start date and location are saved in the Care Service Visit record.
          2. Verify the end details of a visit manually.
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Home Health.
            2. Go to the Accounts tab and open the patient’s record page, or go to the Care Resource tab and open the care resource’s record page.
            3. In the All Home Visits section, select the visit for verification, click the Action button, and then select Verify Visit End.
              The manually verified visit end date and location are saved in the Care Service Visit record.
            That’s it. The manual verification of the visit is complete.
