Payers can reduce administrative burden by enabling prospective providers to
self-register through the provider portal. As a provider, you can easily register in a payer
network, complete an application, and provide your credentials and licenses.

To register providers:
Provider Network Management for Experience Cloud Sites permission set
From the provider portal, click Join Our Network.
Enter basic information such as your name, address, and specialty.
Important You must enter a unique combination of first name, last name, and
email ID, or else the registration fails. Also, ensure that the email ID isn’t
associated with an already recruited provider.
Click Register.
That's all! Easy, isn't it? You see an acknowledgment of your registration. Salesforce
creates a lead record for your registered provider. Recruiting staff at the payer’s office
use this lead record to complete the provider recruiting process.
