            Register to Join a Payer Network With NPPES

            To further streamline the registration process, payers can now enable providers to use their unique 10-digit unique NPI number to pre-fill information for faster registration.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To register providers: Provider Network Management for Experience Cloud Sites permission set
            1. From the provider portal, click Join Our Network.
            2. Select the registration method: Auto populate the application using NPI Number
            3. Enter your 10-digit unique NPI number.
            4. Review the auto populated details under Primary information page.
            5. Enter your Birth Date and valid Email Id.
            6. Enter your professional information such as your specialty, company, and address.
            7. (Optional) Enter any additional information that you want to highlight.
            8. Review your details and click Submit.

              Note

              You can also choose the Fill in the application without NPI Number registration method. With this method, you enter your personal and professional details such as your name, birth date, email id, address, and specialty to complete your application.

            That's all! You see an acknowledgment of your registration. The recruiting specialist at the payer’s office contacts you to assist you further with the recruiting process.
