            Upload Roster Data Files by Using Provider Portal

            Track submission history, view case details and file statuses to ensure your data is up to date in the Provider Network Management (PNM) data model.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions of Health Cloud with the Health Cloud Provider Network Management and Customer Community or Customer Community Plus add-on licenses
            User Permissions Needed
            To upload roster files: Provider Network Management for Experience Cloud Sites permission set
            1. Log in to your provider portal.
            2. Enter a subject for your request.
            3. If necessary, add a description, and click Next.
            4. Under Document Type, select Provider Roster File.
            5. To read the roster file instructions and download the template, click Learn More.
              Use the template to format your roster file.
            6. Upload your file, and click Next.
              Accepted file types: .xlsx or .csv.

              Max file size: 300 MB

            7. Review your information, and click Submit Request.
