Dashboard: Top Referrals

Keep in mind that your Salesforce admin can customize components so your dashboard can look different than our example.

• Compare metrics for Incoming Referrals and Outgoing Referrals (1).
• Outgoing referrals originate from your org. Incoming referrals originate from outside your org.
• Use filters to narrow in on referrals that most interest you (2).
• Scan key metrics about referral statuses (3).
• Use charts to analyze which specialty and service types need attention (4). For incoming referrals, you can focus on internal referrals that originate from your org or external referrals that originate from outside your org.

The dashboard relies on data from clinical service requests. If information is missing from clinical service requests, widgets that use that information appear empty.
