Register a Healthcare Device for a Patient

Help patients stay on course with their care metric targets by registering their healthcare devices. Care coordinators can track biometric data from these devices, identify healthcare gaps, and engage with patients for follow-ups.

Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

On the patient’s account page, click Register Device and Create Shipping Request.
Make sure to add the Register Device and Create Shipping Request quick action button to the person account’s page layout.
Select the products that represent the device types to register and click Next.
Register one or more devices for the patient.
Save your changes.

Next, create a shipping request to send the device to the patient.
