          Remove a Field from the Patient Card Component

          To remove a field from the Patient Card component, delete the corresponding Patient Card Configuration record.

          Note
          Note Deleting a Patient Card Configuration record frees up its sort order value for use in other records. If you inactivate the record instead of deleting it, the field is removed from the Patient Card component but you can’t reuse the sort order.
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Patient Card Configurations.
          2. Click the name of the record for the field you want to remove, for example, Allergies.
          3. Click Actions button, then click Delete.
