Ange ett namn pÄ vÄrdobservationen.
I Observerad person, vÀlj patienten vars vÄrd spÄras.
VÀlj ett datum och tidpunkt dÄ vÄrdobservationen gjordes.
VÀlj en kod för den vÄrdmÄtt som observeras. Till exempel Kilogram.
Ange en mÄttenhet.
Ange ett numeriskt vÀrde för mÄttet som observeras.
I FörvÀntat vÀrde, vÀlj ett vÄrdmÄttmÄl.
Anteckning Om du vill inkludera dessa vÄrdobservationsdata i fjÀrrbevakningen och analysera dem för att följa patienternas hÀlsotillstÄnd vÀljer du FjÀrrbevakning. Om du inte vÀljer FjÀrrbevakning visas inte vÄrdobservationen i diagrammen för fjÀrrbevakning.
