          Add Portal Users for Video Visit Self-Service Experience Site

          To allow a member to schedule and attend video visits, assign them a license, profile, and permissions.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Customer Community or Customer Community Plus user license

          User Permissions Needed
          To access Health Cloud objects on an Experience Cloud site: Health Cloud for Experience Cloud Sites permission set license
          To administer a Health Cloud site: HealthCloud For Community permission set license
          To administer Video Calls: Health Cloud Video Calls permission set
          1. From the member's person account record, click the actions dropdown and select Enable Customer User.
            This creates a Salesforce user record with prefilled details based on the person account record details.
          2. Ensure required fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email, and Username contain the correct data.
          3. For Role, select Customer Person Account.
          4. For User License, select Customer Community Plus or Customer Community.
          5. ForProfile, select the custom profile you cloned from the Customer Community Plus User profile.
            Use Customer Community Profile for a Customer Community user.
          6. Select Generate new password and notify user immediately to send the user an email with their login information.
            If you opt to notify the user immediately, but the user isn’t a member of any active site, Salesforce doesn’t send the email. Alternatively, you can send a welcome email with the login information by selecting the Send welcome email option when you activate a site.
          7. Save your changes.
          8. On the User screen, scroll to Permission Set Assignments.
          9. Click Edit Assignments.
          10. Assign these permission sets:
            1. Health Cloud Foundation
            2. Health Cloud Appointment Self-Service
            3. Customer Community Plus User or Customer Community User
            4. Benefit Verification for Experience Cloud Sites
            5. Salesforce Scheduler Resource
            6. OmniStudio User
          11. Save your changes.
