Verify Video Visit Self-Service Licenses and Permissions for Admins
Video Visit Self-Service requires that admins are assigned Omnistudio and Health Cloud
Community or Health Cloud Community Plus licenses and specific Health Cloud and Patient
Appointment Scheduling permissions.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the
Customer Community or Customer Community Plus user license
User Permissions Needed
To view company information:
View Setup and Configuration administrative permission in the user's profile
To assign permission sets:
Assign Permission Sets administrative permission in the user's profile
Verify that you have the necessary licenses and permissions required to set up Video Visit
Self-Service.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Company Information, and
then select Company Information.
Confirm that the admin user has these permission set licenses:
Health Cloud for Experience Cloud Sites
Health Cloud Platform
Health Cloud Provider Network Management
HealthCloud For Community
Omnistudio Admin
Omnistudio User
Salesforce Scheduler
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then
select Permission Sets.
Confirm that the admin user has these permission sets:
Health Cloud Appointment Management
Health Cloud Appointment Self-Service
Health Cloud Foundation
Health Cloud Video Calls
Health Cloud Video Calls for Experience Cloud
