          Get Your Org Ready for Video Visit Self-Service

          Video Visits Self-Service uses Omnistudio, Provider Search, Intelligent Appointment Management, Salesforce Scheduler, and Video Visits. Verify that all of these features are enabled and configured.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Customer Community or Customer Community Plus user license

          User Permissions Needed
          To administer Provider Search: Health Cloud Provider Network Management permission set and Data Pipelines Base User permission set
          To administer Video Calls: Health Cloud Video Calls permission set
          To edit OmniScripts: OmniStudio Admin permission set
          To schedule appointments: Health Cloud Appointment Management permission set
          1. Verify Omnistudio settings are configured.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Omnistudio, and then select OmniStudio Settings.
            2. Verify Managed Package RunTime is disabled. If it isn't, disable it.
          2. Verify Provider Search is enabled.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Provider Search, and then select Provider Search Settings.
            2. If not already done, enable Provider Search and complete all required setup steps.
          3. Verify Patient Appointment Management Scheduling s enabled.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Intelligent Appointment, and then select Intelligent Appointment Management Settings.
            2. If not already done, enable Patient Appointment Scheduling and complete all setup steps.
          4. Enable Salesforce Scheduler.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce Scheduler, and then select Salesforce Scheduler Settings.
            2. Enable Salesforce Scheduler for Health Cloud. Follow the steps to configure Intelligent Appointment Management using Salesforce Scheduler.
          5. Verify Video Calls is enabled.
            1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Video Call, and then select Video Call Settings.
            2. If not already done, enable Video Calls and accept the agreement.
