            Connect a Patient or Member with Another Person

            Add a caretaker, doctor, case worker, or other professional as a related contact. First, you create an account for the contact, because every contact belongs to an account in Salesforce. Then associate the person as a contact with the patient or member.

            • Create a Contact
              Create a contact record for household members or other people who are related to the patient.
            • Add a Contact to the Map
              Add people who have a role to play in the patient’s healthcare, but aren’t a member of a household or care team.
            • Contact Fields
              Your page layout and field-level security settings determine which contact fields are visible and editable. Here are the most common contact fields used to relate contacts to a patient.
