Identity Verification Flows
The flow templates for identity verification are designed to help organizations obey regulations that protect sensitive information.
| Flow | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Verify Customer Identity V2 | Verifies the identity of a customer before a CSR or CCA can process the customer’s request and saves the customer verification data for auditing purposes. |
| Verify Customer Identity Base V2 | Verifies the identity of a customer before a CSR or CCA can process the customer’s request and, if a record ID is passed into the flow, saves the customer verification data for auditing purposes. Also, gives you the option to add the flow to a Lightning record page or to the utility bar based on your business requirements. |
| Verify Linked Customer Identity V2 | Verifies the identity of a customer after a CSR or CCA has verified the identity of the customer’s authorized representative. |
Note To run an identity verification flow, you must have the required identity verification
process setup records.
