          1. From the App Launcher, find and select the CSV File Import app.

If you don’t see the CSV File Import app, change the profile settings to make the CSV file import option visible in existing orgs.

          2. Click Import.
          3. Click Upload CSV File.
When you upload the file, the file size and preview of the first ten rows become available.
          4. Click Next.
          5. Select the Salesforce object that you want to import the CSV file data to.
          6. Select the import type and click Next.
The default mappings appear. If the columns in the CSV file are identical to the field names in the object, they’re automapped.
          7. Map the columns of the CSV file with the corresponding fields of the Salesforce object.
To save the mapping for future use, select Save mapping configuration. The data from the CSV column is imported into the mapped column of the selected Salesforce object.
          8. To use a saved mapping configuration, select Use a saved mapping configuration and select the configuration file.
            Note
Note You can modify the mappings for the columns, and to save the mapping for future use, select Save mapping configuration.
          9. Click Next.
          10. Click Import.

After the import process is complete, check the import logs.
