To open, edit, or create a flow in Flow Builder: Manage Flow

Here's a basic flow that can run your strategy. You can also define complex flows that run the strategy and automate your business processes.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select Flows.
          2. Click New Flow.
          3. Select Screen Flow, and click Create.
          4. From the Elements tab, drag the Screen element onto the canvas.
          5. Save your work.
          6. Enter the flow’s label and API name.
          7. Save your changes.
          8. Click Activate.

To add flows as a strategy for visit recommendations, ensure that the names of your input and output variables match one of these strings while creating flows.

          • Input variables:
            • SiteIds: Stores the retail stores for which visit recommendations are requested.
            • TargetDate: Stores the date when the visits can be recommended.
          • Output variables:
            • RecommendedSiteIds: Stores the retail store for which visits are recommended.
            • VisitRecommendationReasons: Stores the reasons for visit recommendations.

Remember the API name of the flow because you must specify it in the strategy that you create.
