          Generate Invoices on Demand

          Use account-level actions to preview invoices and generate invoices in draft or posted status.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Insurance Brokerage is enabled
          1. From the account, click Generate Invoices.
          2. Specify a target date, invoice date, and Status. Then, click Generate.
            You'll be notified when the invoice is generated.
          3. Click the notification to get redirected to the Invoices page. Alternatively, you can find them in the Invoices related list on the Accounts page.
            The generated invoices include only billing schedule items with due dates that fall within the specified invoice period. The invoice amounts are derived from the billing schedules associated with the account.
