Create specification types for the product specification record types and adjust the Product layout.

Create a product record type and product specification record type for each of the
following.
- Coverage
- InsuredItem
- InsuredParty
- Product
- From the object management settings for Product, go to Page Layouts and click Product Layout.

Drag and drop these fields to your product page layout.
- Configure During Sale
- Based On
- Availability Date
- Discontinued Date
- End Of Life Date
- Product SKU
- Display URL
- Sell Only With Other Products
- Is Assetizable
- Product Type
- Specification Type

- Categories
- Product Selling Model Option
- Inherited Attributes
- Overridden Inherited Attributes
- Product Qualifications
- Product Disqualifications
- Child Components
- Overridden Bundle Components
- Overridden Product Component Attributes
- Product Component Group
- Overridden Product Component Groups
- Create Product Specifications in Revenue Cloud
With Product Catalog Management, you can define a specification type for the products that are unique to your industry. A product specification type is associated with a product specification record type.
