Execute Prompt Templates user permission
Click the Agentforce icon, and then select Insurance Service Assistance.
Ask the agent questions such as these:
Summarize policyholder John Doe.
Give me details about a quote named Auto Gold Annual Insurance Quote.
Show me the details of account John Doe.
Retrieve the details for this quote named Auto Gold Annual Insurance Quote.
