            Your policyholders have a claim record page for each of their claims.

            On this page, your policyholders can:

            • See an overview of the claim.

            • View the status of the claim.

            • View claim item details.

            • View agent or producer details.

            • Send a message to the agent or producer.

            • Upload relevant documents for the claim.

            Note The self-service portal has only a single-currency support. You must configure multi-currency support, if required.
