            View Participants Details on the Claim Record Page

            As a claims adjuster, you have access to view essential information about claim participants and its associated items and can complete tasks related to them.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            View user permissions.
            • To view a claim participant details, click the participant’s name.
            • Add a participant to a claim.
            • Expand the claim participant that you want to view claim items for.
            • Expand the category to view the associated claim items under claim participant.
            • To view complete attribute details for each Claim Item in the side panel, click the claim item’s name.
            • Edit participant information, delete a participant, or add details about the claim items. The system administrator can customize actions available for each claim participant.
            • Edit claim item information, view claim item record page, or delete the claim items.
