Claim Workflow Rule Groups
Claim workflow rules are organized into groups based on object type and transition step. For example, Rule Group - Claim, Draft to Approved includes all rules that apply to the Draft to Approved stage transition for the Claim object.
- Define Condition Logic for Claim Workflow Rule Groups
Specify which claim workflow rules must evaluate to true for a claim to transition to the target stage by defining condition logic. - Activate a Rule Group
By activating a rule group, you lock it to restrict editing existing rules and adding new ones.
