Configure Grandchild Insured Item Coverages
Add and configure coverages at the grandchild level to create custom quotes and policies for your customers that give them all the coverage that they need—and nothing that they don't.
Where: Available in Summer '22 and later releases.
Why: In Summer '22 and later releases, you can configure coverages at the product, insured item, and grandchild insured item levels. That way your customers can be fully covered regardless of the complexity of their insurance policy needs.
How: Add a grandchild-level insured item to a quote using the Insurance Commercial Quote LWC. Use either the Add or Remove button to include or exclude optional coverages. Configure specific coverage details in the coverage detail side panel.
