Define the Link Between Identity Verification Process Configuration and Flow

The Identity Verification Process Definition object links the identity verification process configuration to the identity verification flow. It also defines the layout of the search screen. To pass the configuration information to the flow, create a process definition record.

Based on your business requirements, you can create multiple process definition records.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Identity Verification Settings, and select Identity Verification Settings.
          2. Expand Set Up Identity Verification and click Create Process Definition.
          3. Click New Identity Verification Process Definition.
          4. Enter a label and name for the record.

The Name field stores the unique name of the record used by the API and managed packages. The name must begin with a letter and use only alphanumeric characters and underscores. It can’t end with an underscore or have two consecutive underscores.

          5. Select Tab as the search layout type, and save the record.

The Stack layout type is reserved for future use.
