Generate Proof of Insurance

Use the Agentforce for Financial Services: Insurance Service Assistance to generate a proof of insurance document and attach it to a policy.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions
Permissions Needed
To use Agentforce Financial Services:

Financial Services Cloud Extension

OR

FSC Foundation

OR

FSC Sales

OR

FSC Service
To generate proof of insurance documents:

Industry Service Excellence

Omnistudio User or OmniStudio Admin

DocGen User or DocGen Designer=
To run prompt templates: Execute Prompt Templates user permission

After they're generated, proof of insurance documents are available in the Notes & Attachments section of a policy record.

  1. From any page, click the Agentforce icon to launch the agent.
  2. Ask the agent questions such as these:

    Generate proof of insurance for account John Doe.

    Please create proof of insurance for account John Doe.

  3. Select a policy from the list presented by the agent and click Submit.
  4. Review the list of assets associated with the policy and click Submit.
  5. Review the list of policy participants and click Submit.
  6. When the agent finishes creating the proof of insurance, select the link that's displayed to view the document on the corresponding policy record.
    Select the Details tab then Notes & Attachments.
