Before you configure products on a group quote, set up a product configuration flow for
the Group Summary product classification. The flow automatically loads group census group class
records into the configurator and so that users don’t have to add group classes and members
manually.

To set up a product configuration flow:

Census Quote Contract Management Partner Community
A pre-built CnfgGrpSum flow is available out-of-the-box. This flow displays the list of group
census group class summary records linked to the group census associated with the quote during
configuration. When you select the group census group class summary records, the flow creates
the corresponding quote line items for group summary and placeholder members.
From the App Launcher, find and select Product Configuration
Flows.
Click New.
Specify these details:
Enter CnfgGrpSum as the flow identifier.
Set the status to active.
Save your changes.
Navigate to the Related tab.
In the Product Configuration Flow Assignments section, click
New.
Select Dynamic Addition Flow as the assignment type to trigger the
flow automatically during configuration.
Save your changes.
When you configure quotes, this flow runs automatically to pull in group summary
records.
