運作方式

1. 下列輸入可以作為遠端選項傳遞至服務,才能建立索賠涵蓋範圍:

   

   重要

   當現有索賠涵蓋範圍具有下列欄位的相等值時,使用者無法建立索賠涵蓋範圍:claimId、claimantId、involvedId、insuredId 和 assetCoverageId。

     根據 claimID 輸入,服務會建立「Vlocity 索賠涵蓋範圍」(ClaimCoverage__c) 或「Salesforce 索賠涵蓋範圍」(ClaimCoverage)。如果 claimID 是 InsuranceClaim__c 物件的識別碼,「索賠涵蓋範圍」為「Vlocity 索賠涵蓋範圍」,否則服務會建立「Salesforce 索賠涵蓋範圍」。

   備註

   更新現有索賠涵蓋範圍時,唯一的必要輸入是 claimCoverageId 和 reserveAmount。您可以將其他欄位保留空白。

2. 如果 claimCoverageId 為空白,則服務會處理此資訊並建立涵蓋範圍。否則,服務會以等於 claimCoverageId 的識別碼更新現有索賠涵蓋範圍。

   如果您將 reserveProcessingMode 設為 ReserveWorksheet,則不會設定索賠涵蓋範圍預留金額。

   如果您想要要求索賠涵蓋範圍預留金額,您可以將 reserveProcessingMode 設定為 CoverageReserve。
