InsClaimItemService 方法

借助索赔项目服务方法，管理索赔行项目，计算承保范围，处理和取消付款，并收集索赔当事人的信息。如果您使用付款授权工作流，请使用服务方法验证团队成员的付款或批准财务金额的权限。

• InsClaimItemService:add
  使用此服务将索赔行项目添加到指定的索赔项目对象。
• InsClaimItemService:calculateCoverages
  使用此服务计算索赔行项目的承保范围和调整金额。当索赔理算员支付索赔行项目时，这些金额用作付款金额。
• InsClaimItemService:cancelPayments
  使用此服务取消索赔损失和费用付款。
