Integrate Multiplay Subscription Management With Matrixx (Managed Package)
To integrate with Matrixx, update the named credential URL with your own org instance.
This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.
Follow these steps to edit an existing named credential for Matrixx and update named credential URL with your own Org instance.
- To go to the Setup Home page, click the gear icon labeled Setup, and then click Setup.
- In Quick Find, enter Named and click Named Credentials.
- To edit an existing named credential, click its link in the list of named credentials, and then click Edit.
- In URL, enter the URL of your Org instance.
- Click Save.
Note If you don't have a Matrixx instance, then you can disable the Matrixx integration by enabling the demo mode. For more information, see Enable or Disable the Demo Flag.
