            Intelligent Document Reader is available with the Intelligent Document Reader add-on license.

            Display Limitations

            File Rendition and Asynchronous Processing: Uploaded files are transformed into images by using File Rendition services before data extraction by Amazon Textract. This asynchronous process can cause delays in data extraction.

            File Size and Pages Limit: Intelligent Document Reader supports files up to 5 MB and documents with up to 20 pages for processing.

            Access Limitation

            Limited Access to Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Results: Users can access OCR document scan results only after they share the corresponding content document record.

            Functional Limitation

            UI time out: Intelligent Document Reader has a 50-second timeout for UI operations during extraction processes.
