Launch Service Processes

Efficiently assist customers by quickly launching service processes from Action Launcher.

Available in: Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with the required add-ons

User Permissions Needed
To give users access to Action Launcher:	Industry Service Excellence permission set
To give users access to service processes:	Manage Product Catalog

To search for a service process, enter keywords in the search field.

Note The search keywords appear in bold in the names and descriptions that show up in the search results. The category is shown alongside each service process in the search results.
To initiate a service process, click the service process from the search results.

Note You can click the categories to filter the service processes.

To see a list of your recently used service processes, click the search field.

Note Action Launcher can show up to 10 recently used service processes. The category is shown for each service process in the list of recently used service processes.
