Enable and Set Up List Builder for Data Cloud Segment
To create actionable lists from Data Cloud segments, first enable Data Cloud as a data source in Setup. Then add the tab to user profiles and customize user notifications.

Enable Data Cloud as an Actionable List Data Source
Before you enable Data Cloud as a data source, ensure that you have enabled Actionable Segmentation. See Enable Actionable Segmentation.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable List Data Sources, and then select Actionable List Data Sources.
- Enable Data Cloud.
- Assign the Data Cloud license to list creators.
Assign the List Builder Tab to Users
Give list creators access to the List Builder for Data Cloud Segment tab so that they can access the features of List Builder for Data Cloud Segment.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
- Click Edit next to the profile assigned to the list creators.
- In the Tab Settings section, from the List Builder for Data Cloud Segment dropdown list, select Default On.
- Save your changes.
Customize Notifications for Actionable Lists
Modify where list creators receive notifications when actionable lists are created from or synchronized with Data Cloud segments.
You can modify the notifications from Notification Delivery Settings in Setup. Expand the Other Salesforce Notification Type, and edit the notification type Create and synchronize Data Cloud actionable list. See Manage Notification Delivery Settings
