Assign actionable lists to sales or service agents.
As sales or service agents, prioritize your tasks for the day by looking at Outreach
List. Click a prospect in an Outreach List to view the record details.
As sales or service agents, perform client engagements by using preconfigured call
scripts, actions to complete transactions, and features to take notes on the outcome of a
call and to send feedback surveys.
