          Set priority, assign OmniScripts for guided interactions, and assign actionable lists to sales or service agents to engage with prospects, including existing customers.

          After actionable lists are created, list creators can set a priority for each list. They can also associate an OmniScript with a list to guide agents engage with prospects.

          As list creators, set a priority and configure an OmniScript in actionable lists. Assign actionable lists to sales or service agents. Actionable List Members
          As sales or service agents, prioritize your tasks for the day by looking at Outreach List. Click a prospect in an Outreach List to view the record details. Outreach List
