Standard Salesforce Out-of-the-Box Platform Sharing: Users access activity records
directly through Salesforce sharing rules and object permissions.
Controlled Visibility (Custom Container Object): Users see high-level activity details,
such as type, date, or ownership, without having access to sensitive information. Visibility
is controlled through the sharing model defined in the container object.
Configure Standard Activity Visibility Ensure users can view and interact with supported engagement activities in the Activity Timeline based on your existing sharing rules and territory configurations.
