Pharmacy Benefits Verification uses Product as a base object to represent the drug or
medicine that’s prescribed to the patient. Representataives verify the pharmacy benefits for
each drug prescribed to the patient.

User Permissions Needed
To create product records:
Health Cloud Starter (for Life Sciences Cloud) permission set
OR
Health Cloud Foundation (for Health Cloud) permission set
To create code set and code set bundle records:
Manage Pharmacy Benefits Verification permission set
Create a Product.
From the App Launcher, find and select Products.
Click New.
Enter the product name, product code, and a description.
Select Active.
Save your changes.
Create a Code Set.
From the App Launcher, find and select Code Sets.
Click New.
Enter the name, source system.
In the code, enter the product code that you created.
Select Active.
Save your changes.
Create a Code Set Bundle.
From the App Launcher, find and select Code Set
Bundles.
Click New.
Enter the name, source system, and a code.
In code set 1, enter the code set that you created for the product in
context.
