Använd Förmånsverifiering för apotek för att integrera din Salesforce-organisation med clearingorganisationer eller betalare genom att använda integrering med MuleSoft. Integreringen sker genom Patient Services Benefits Application, ett utgående MuleSoft-program. När din representant inleder en elektronisk verifieringsbegäran skickas en FHIR-begäran (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)-kompatibel RTPBC-begäran (Real-Time Pharmacy Benefit Check) till en tredjeparts clearingorganisation genom MuleSoft. På samma sätt skickar clearinghuset det FHIR-kompatibla RTPBC Claim Response till Salesforce-organisationen genom MuleSoft.
