          Set Up App Alerts for Web

          Configure the web experience so users can view alerts directly within the Life Sciences Commercial app. Add the built-in Notifications List Lightning component to a record page or home page to ensure that users can access and interact with alerts within the standard web workflow. The details on the component appear based on the context and visibility rules that you configure.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
          User Permissions Needed
          To configure App Alerts:

          Life Sciences Commercial Admin

          AND

          Customize Application

          Note
          Note The Notifications List component is available only on the web and not on the mobile app. To access alerts on mobile, use the bell icon in the top-right corner to open the message pane.
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Life Sciences Commercial.
          2. Click the Life Sciences Commercial app settings icon. icon on the home page or a record page, and then click Edit Page.
          3. In the Components section, find and select Notifications List.
          4. Drag the component to the canvas.
          5. Enter the number of records that you want to show on the component.
          6. Set the component visibility, if necessary.
          7. Save your changes.
          8. Activate the page and assign it as the org default or app default, or to a specific app and profile combination.
