- Daily audio briefings: Users receive briefings generated each day, ensuring they always have relevant, up-to-date insights before their scheduled HCP and HCO visits.
- Persona-aware content: Users receive insights tailored to their roles and accounts. For example, sales reps receive focused account briefings for their designated territory. MSLs get insights to prepare for interactions with influential HCPs. KAMs receive focused insights to understand client needs and address concerns.
- On-the-go access: Users can listen to audio briefings through the Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app while commuting, waiting between visits, or multitasking, making the most of their time between engagements.

- How Briefings Work
Briefings helps you transform complex account data into personalized audio briefings through a two-stage process. Configure a scheduled flow that runs daily to convert account summaries into human-readable, natural language text. Sync this data into the Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app by creating object metadata cache configurations for Briefings objects. The mobile app then converts this data into audio using Kokoro, an on-device text-to-speech model, delivering the latest audio briefings before every scheduled visit. - Enable Briefings
Give your users access to Briefings and its related data by enabling the org pref in your Salesforce org. Briefings help you transform complex account data into meaningful insights for your users. - Clone and Assign Permission Sets for Briefings
Clone the built-in permission sets for admins and end-users, enable the required system permissions, and assign them to users based on their roles to access Briefings. - Configure Account Summarization for Briefings
Enable Account Summarization as the data source for Briefings so Salesforce can generate audio briefings for each account with a scheduled visit. Account summarization provides contextually relevant smart summaries of accounts to help users quickly understand key details and insights. - Manage Presentation Content Definition Assignments
Use the Presentation Content Definition Assignments to control which user profiles can access and receive audio briefings in your org. This configuration helps ensure the right users get timely, relevant updates. Only one Presentation Content Definition record is required for Briefings. - Clone and Activate the Scheduled Flow for Briefings
Clone and customize the Schedule Daily Briefings of Provider Accounts flow in Flow Builder to schedule audio briefing generation. Set the frequency to daily so users receive the latest briefings before each visit, ensuring they are fully prepared. - Mobile App Configuration for Briefings
Configure the object schema for supported Briefings objects and generate a metadata cache to make the relevant objects available in the Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app. The mobile app uses on-device text-to-speech capability, powered by Kokoro, to generate personalized, up-to-date audio briefings for your users.
