            Configure Account Summarization for Briefings

            Enable Account Summarization as the data source for Briefings so Salesforce can generate audio briefings for each account with a scheduled visit. Account summarization provides contextually relevant smart summaries of accounts to help users quickly understand key details and insights.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement, Agentforce for LifeSciences Cloud, Einstein GPT Prompt Builder, and Einstein GPT Platform Add-on licenses, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
            User Permissions Needed
            To set up and configure Briefings: Life Sciences Commercial Admin
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find Box, find and select Life Sciences for Customer Engagement Setup.
            2. In the Setup page, go to the Configure Account Summarization For Customer Engagement section.
            3. Make sure that the Account Summarization toggle is enabled and all the necessary configuration is completed for Account Summarization.
              Note
              Note Account Summarization is the data source for Briefings.
