            Enable Briefings

            Give your users access to Briefings and its related data by enabling the org pref in your Salesforce org. Briefings help you transform complex account data into meaningful insights for your users.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement, Agentforce for LifeSciences Cloud, Einstein GPT Prompt Builder, and Einstein GPT Platform Add-on licenses, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
            User Permissions Needed
            To set up and configure Briefings: Life Sciences Commercial Admin
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find Box, find and select Life Sciences for Customer Engagement Setup.
            2. In the Setup page, go to the Configure Briefings section.
            3. To enable users to configure and access personalized audio briefings, turn on Briefings.
