Use the Presentation Content Definition Assignments to control which user profiles can
access and receive audio briefings in your org. This configuration helps ensure the right users
get timely, relevant updates. Only one Presentation Content Definition record is required for
Briefings.

GPT Prompt Builder, and Einstein GPT Platform Add-on licenses, and the Life Sciences
Customer Engagement managed package.
User Permissions Needed
To set up and configure Briefings:
Life Sciences Commercial Admin
From Setup, in the Quick Find Box, find and select Life Sciences for Customer
Engagement Setup.
In the Setup page, scroll to the Configure Briefings section.
Click Manage Assignments.
Only the Profiles field is editable for this record, all other fields are
read-only.
In the new Manage Presentation Content Definition Assignments window, select the user
profiles as needed.
Note Profile assignments determine which user profiles receive daily audio briefings; users
not assigned to a profile won't receive any briefings.
Save your changes.
Note Daily audio briefings are only generated for the assigned profiles.
